Regas Seasoning Recipe – Baked Potatoes

  1. Scrub potatoes with water
  2. Pat dry
  3. Rub with a light coating of olive oil
  4. Sprinkle generously with Regas Seasoning
  5. Poke once with a fork or knife to allow the steam to escape when baking
  6. Cook at 425 degrees or 400 degrees in a convection oven for 40 minutes or until done.
